• Long consultation: $96.95
• Treatment room fee: $60

*Children, pensioners, and health care card holders are fully bulked billed

For an after-hours consultation please phone Hello Home Doctor on 134 100 or National Home doctor service on 13 SICK (13 74 25).

Both provide bulk billed home visit services. 

At Leichhardt Family Practice and Queen Street Surgery we have access to National Auslan Interpreter Booking and Translating and Interpreter Services National for those who require communication assistance. If you need this service, please let the reception staff know so it can be arranged prior to your appointment.

Emergencies will be given priority, Walk in Appointments will be accepted; however, booked in appointments and emergencies will have priority.

4CYTE Pathology: all referrals are accepted. 

Available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Please give as much advance notice as possible to allow us to schedule these visits
